Enterprise ($599/mo + build) adds a discovery call and expert build hours so we tailor the platform around your operation — workflows, pipelines, integrations, the whole thing.
How do Enterprise build hours work?
First 3 months: $99/hour at the ramp-up rate. After that: $125/hour at standard rate. Every project is quoted and approved before billing — there are no minimums and no commitments. You only pay for what you sign off on.
What's covered by my monthly plan vs. usage fees?
Your monthly plan covers the platform — every feature, every dashboard, every workflow. Usage fees are pay-as-you-go for what you actually send, receive, and consume: SMS, calls, emails, AI conversations, etc. All metered in real time at carrier-aligned rates with no surprise bills.
Should I get AI Agent Monthly?
If you're running heavy AI usage — multiple AI conversations per day, regular content generation, automated review replies — the $149/month flat rate usually beats pay-as-you-go. If you're just dipping into AI here and there, stay with the metered usage and switch later.
What's A2P registration and why is there a $50 fee?
A2P (Application-to-Person) is a one-time carrier compliance registration required for businesses sending SMS in the US/Canada. It's not a Cajoon fee — it's pass-through carrier compliance. We handle the registration for you.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — we'll credit your remaining monthly balance toward the annual plan. Both Cajoon and Cajoon Enterprise have annual options with ~12% built-in savings.
Do you offer pricing for nonprofits or churches?
Yes. Ministry pricing is available for churches and qualified 501(c)(3) organizations. Mention it during your discovery call or onboarding.
How fast can I get started?
